I recently visited Giordane, a fashion store in Kuala Lumpur. At present it is the wet season, I came across this lovely pricing concept on umbrellas.

Sunny Days – RM 29
Rainy Days – RM 19

I love the idea of variable pricing. I would have reversed the prices and charged more on rainy days when the need was there, but a great pricing concept.
