This may be a strange book to mention in our newsletter as I have never read it and don�t plan to read it. But I would recommend it for your bookshelf�confused?

If you cannot measure it you cannot manage it is a term I have used a number of times with clients. But what is needed is a book with all the formulae in it. It saves time and makes sure you are consistent.

This is where this book comes into its own. I came across it while browsing the bookshop at Singapore Airport. It has all the formulae you need .It is neatly divided up in to

Formulae and ratios for Financial statements, balance sheets, operating performance, cash flow cycles, pricing and so on.

Each ratio has its own page and a diagrammatic layout to help us non finance sorts.

If you ,like me, need a book that explains how to organize your mind when it comes to ratios in business then this book is for you.

My only advise is don�t read it, use it as a tool in your business when you need it.   Purchase a copy now from Bob’s Books.
