A few months ago I was given a CD that featured Paul Cave, the originator of the BridgeClimb in Sydney.  This was a fascinating 30-minute discussion on customer service.

I enquired on how the CD had originated and was introduced to Glen Smyth who was putting together a series of CD�s on Australian entrepreneurs.

Glen lives in Perth and we met for coffee in Fremantle.  After a long conversation Glen discussed me being part of the entrepreneur series.  The result is twelve months later Glen has produced a book �Success Leaves Clues, the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little bit extra�.

In that book he discusses why 23 Australian entrepreneurs have been successful, one of those is on myself!  Obviously I am rapt, what a great privilege to be in Glen�s Top 23 and to be in with the likes of Justin Herald, Tom O’Toole, Suzi Dafnis …..

It�s amazing what can happen if you have a cup of coffee in Fremantle.

Anyway ….. this book talks about passion, vision, determination, service and strategies that are extraordinary.  If you would like to learn from the Top 23 entrepreneurs in Australia, then this is your opportunity.  It’s a great companion to the audio CD and a must for all in business.
